This project is designed around the idea of living in a true loft environment of a 20’ by 40’ volume of space. Unlike other new Portland loft projects with 10’ high ceilings, H45 will accomodates a sleeping loft above the kitchen volume, preserving generous 20’ ceilings in the living space. The complex will include 16 units and 4 parking spaces on a quarter block.
