This project is located on a narrow site, with a program that includes administrative offices, large and small conference rooms, a resource area and a public monthly revolving Art Gallery. The materials and labor were donated by local contractors, suppliers, architects and local related businesses which were then used to create the design and construction of the space. The detailing and material palette creates a sculptural expression of form and surface bringing together a variety of textures and materials assembled by some of the best Portland craftsmen.
