Located at the base of the southwest hills this 21 story sculptural condominium tower will establish a vibrant beginning to an emerging neighborhood. The project will feature an entrance waterfall, 24-hour concierge, a signature ground floor restaurant, 2nd floor outdoor Garden with fitness rooms and a demonstration kitchen for cooking classes and an outdoor fireplace. On the 16th floor there will be an accessible outdoor south facing roof garden overlooking an eco-roof and featuring sweeping views of downtown and Mt Hood.
