Jefferson Lofts
This 50' X 80' corner site in Portland’s West end attempts to become the City’s first concrete loft apartments. The tight site allowed no parking but provided ground floor retail and a stunning vertical composition. The forty unit structure was designed for units ranging from 450 square feet to 850 square feet, using maximum natural light and innovative open floor plans.

The first proposed true mixed-use building in Portland’s Northwest neighborhood includes a ground floor athletic club, two levels of office space and two levels of rooftop condominiums. The design vocabulary is inspired by the nearby industrial warehouses that dot Portland’s new Pearl District.

This quarter block in downtown Portland explores the potential of mixing office space and condominiums in an area that is mostly commercial in nature. The program has five levels of offices and seven levels of luxury condominiums at three units per floors culminated in large penthouse units creating a new skyline and identity for this up and coming area of downtown.
