The 21 2001-2002
This quarter block mixed-use development transforms a pre-existing
industrial building into ground floor retail space with three floors of new
market rate condominiums above. The design recalls the flavor of the
original building while creating a new vitality and language for urban
street life.
Dehen Place 2001-2002
A proposal for 220 luxury apartments, 7500 s.f. of retail, and two levels of
exclusive penthouse condominiums. The L-shaped mixed-use building faces a
landscaped courtyard and pool-house. Separate lobbies and address were design
for each function of program.
Salmon Run
(with Curry Brandaw Architects) 2002
A new mixed-use building located in the heart of downtown Salem, the
building's program includes three stories of office and three floors of
condominiums. The 35,000 s.f. building is situated between an existing
three-story parking garage and Pringle Creek. A translucent bridge connects
to the parking structure providing spaces for the office components.
